The Visa Doctor provides visa document preparation and administrative support services. Because our work involves time, document review, administrative labour, and personalised preparation, most fees paid for our services are non-refundable once work has begun.
2. Service Fees
All service fees paid to The Visa Doctor are generally non-refundable. This includes situations where:
- A visa application is refused
- A visa application is delayed
- Processing times change
- A client changes their travel plans
- A client decides not to proceed after work has started
- A client becomes ineligible for a visa after purchase
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority or embassy, and The Visa Doctor cannot guarantee any outcome.
3. Government Fees and Submission Fees
Where applicable, government submission fees, embassy fees, or third-party processing fees may be refundable only if:
- The application has not yet been submitted, and
- The fee has not already been paid to the relevant authority or third-party provider
Any approved refund of this type may be reduced by:
- Payment processing fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Banking or transaction charges
- Any administrative costs already incurred
Service fees paid to The Visa Doctor remain non-refundable.
4. Errors or Service Concerns
We aim to provide careful, accurate, and respectful service at all times.
If a client believes The Visa Doctor made a significant error that directly contributed to a visa refusal, the client may contact us with supporting information for review.
Any refund, partial refund, or account credit issued in such circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We are committed to reviewing concerns fairly and respectfully.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Submitting false or misleading chargeback claims after services have been delivered may result in supporting documentation being provided to the payment processor.

- Ada za benki au miamala

Ada za huduma zilizolipwa kwa The Visa Doctor hazitarejeshwa.
4. Makosa au Malalamiko ya Huduma
Tunajitahidi kutoa huduma ya makini, sahihi, na yenye heshima wakati wote.
Ikiwa mteja anaamini kwamba The Visa Doctor ilifanya kosa kubwa ambalo lilichangia moja kwa moja kukataliwa kwa visa, mteja anaweza kuwasiliana nasi pamoja na ushahidi wa kusaidia mapitio ya suala hilo.
